Join us for an intimate conversation led by MCASB executive director and chief curator Miki Garcia with architect Michael Patrick Porter, architecture critic and curator Mimi Zeiger, and Greg Corso and Molly Hunker of the design collaboration SPORTS to discuss Runaway, the new pavilion commissioned by the Museum of Contemporary Art Santa Barbara for its takepart | makeart: arte para todos public art initiative. The conversation will examine the pavilion in contemporary visual culture and consider the notion of innovation within the architectural landscape of Santa Barbara.
